and minimum stay is 7 nights.
Smoking is limited to outside the
villa. Reservations will be held for 3
days pending receipt of a security
deposit of $300 of the total price.
The full amount of the rental is due
60 days prior to arrival. We gladly
accept personal checks, money
orders wire transfers and paypal.
Security Deposit is refundable, less
20% service charge, for
cancellations received no later than
60 days prior to stay and 50%
refundable, less 20% service
charge, with 30 to 59 days notice or
in full if re-booked minus 20%
service charge.
Your Security deposit will be
returned within 30 days upon
receipt of no damages.
