checks, money orders

Security Deposit is
refundable, less 20%
service charge, for
cancellations received
no later than 60 days
prior to stay and 50%
refundable, less 20%
service charge, with 30
to 59 days notice or in
full if re-booked minus
20% service charge.

will be returned
within 30 days upon
receipt of no damages.
